- Developed transact-SQL scripts to process a mailbox on the Exchange Server using a MAPI profile. The script parsed the message and attached its body to the appropriate ticket in our internal ticketing system.
- Provided customers with 24/7 support for all product related technical issues and was a primary point of contact for them.
- Created and maintained a complex lab environment consisting of multiple Windows 2003, 2000, and NT domains and Exchange 2003, 2000, and 5.5 organizations.

- Active Roles Server. Used to facilitate administration and provisioning for Active Directory and Microsoft Exchange, ensuring secure delegation of tasks and reduced workload.
- Quest Recovery Manager for AD. Used for automatic backup, and remote recovery of data stored in Active Directory.
- Domain Migration Wizard. Used to migrate Microsoft NT4 domains to Microsoft Windows 2000 or 2003. Re-permission (re-ACL) servers and workstations, update local profiles.
- Enterprise Migration Manager. Used for restructuring Active Directory providing capabilities for "pruning and grafting", directory redesign.
- Exchange Migration Wizard. Used to migrate Microsoft Exchange 5.5 into Microsoft Exchange 2000 or 2003.
- Quest Recovery manager for Exchange. Used to selectively restore data from regular Exchange backups to specified mailboxes or folders, supporting Exchange Server 5.5, 2000, and 2003
- InTrust for Events. Used for event log management, helping system administrators collect, store, and report on events from across the enterprise network.
